Audi is adding a more fuel-efficient “ultra” model to the Q7 lineup.

After launching the 2016 Audi Q7 in Europe with 3.0 TFSI and 3.0 TDI variants, Audi is expanding the lineup with the addition of an “ultra” model, which is affixed to offerings that get the best fuel economy. The Audi Q7 ultra is also powered by a 3.0-liter diesel engine making 218 hp and 369 lb-ft of torque while consuming 5.5 liters of fuel per 100 km, an estimated 42.8 mpg on the U.S. cycle. The powerplant gives the Q7 a 0-62 mph time of 7.1 seconds and a top speed of 134 mph.
