Which super-exotic coupe do you prefer, the Aston Martin Vanquish or Lamborghini Huracan? Vote in our latest poll so we can find out which one is more popular!

Really, it’s hard to go wrong with either of these machines. They’re both gorgeous, speedy and more exclusive than a diamond-encrusted scepter. Still, each one has its own unique flavor.

Great Britain’s offering is built around a mixed-materials structure that’s comprised primarily of aluminum and carbon fiber. This amalgamation minimizes weight and maximizes strength. Furthermore, all of the Vanquish’s body panels are made from carbon composites.

Under its long, low hood, this Aston Martin features a wailing V12 engine. With 6.0-liters’ worth of displacement, this dozen-cylinder propulsion unit delivers 568 brake-horsepower and 465 lb-ft of peak torque. All of this juicy goodness is routed to the rear tires through a Touchtronic III eight-speed automatic transmission.

As for Lamborghini, the Huracan 580-2 is also rear-wheel drive, though you can get four-corner traction in different models if you feel so inclined. Like its British rival, it’s also constructed of aluminum and carbon fiber for low weight and high strength.

Mounted behind the passenger compartment is a 5.2-liter V10 engine. With a sky-high compression ratio of 12.7-to-1 it’s good for 573 horses and 397 lb-ft of torque. A seven-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission handles shifting duties and can change gears in the blink of an eye. All of this can blast you to 62 miles an hour (100 km/h) in as little as 3.4 seconds. The Aston is a tick or two slower, requiring an advertised 3.8 seconds to achieve the same velocity.

To reiterate, which of these car do YOU prefer? Which own would YOU rather own? It’s a tough choice, we know. If necessary, you can compare them directly right here, but please don’t forget to vote in our poll. May the best car win!

The Aston Martin says "I've arrived," while the Lamborghini screams "Look at me, look me! I'm driving a car that costs more than your house and is so low I get stuck whenever I go over a speed bump and people have to come lift me off!"
