Intense 24 Hours of Le Mans Documentary Coming to Amazon

A new documentary called Le Mans: Racing is Everything is coming out and it debuts on June 9.

The documentary is directed by James Erskine and follows six factory teams as they compete to take a coveted victory at the 2015 24 Hours of Le Mans race. Those teams include Porsche, Audi, Nissan, Toyota, Aston Martin and Rebellion and will feature footage during their development process as well as the 24-hour race. Notable drivers that will be showcased include Marc Webber, Nico Prost and André Lotterer.

Although we’ll still have to wait about a month to watch the documentary on Amazon Prime Video, the first trailer has been released and highlights past 24 Hours of Le Mans races. Amazon looks to be capitalizing on viewership from The Grand Tour, the show featuring former Top Gear hosts Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond, and James May.
