Tony Stark has always been a supercar guy, appearing in an Audi R8 and Acura NSX in the Iron Man films – but now he’s opted for something a bit more pedestrian – a Hyundai Kona.

Hyundai today announced the arrival of the new Kona Iron Man Edition. The limited run crossover, which will be built to order and available to customers globally, is a nod to the Iron Man films and is intended to look like the wealthy superhero’s armored suit.

Setting the Kona Iron Man Edition apart from standard Konas are unique LED headlights, which look a bit like Iron Man’s illuminated face mask, an Iron Man mask motif on the roof, a v-shaped hood vent, Iron Man mask fender badging, ‘Stark Industries’ rear door decals and custom 18-inch wheels with Iron Man mask center caps, among other small touches. The vehicle is only offered in matte grey with Iron Man red accents.

Inside, the superhero-inspired crossover is adorned with a unique Iron Man shift knob, custom seats and a neat-looking head-up display not available on any other Kona models.

The Hyundai Kona Iron Man Edition is an extension of Hyundai’s marketing campaign with Marvel Studios. Earlier this year, the automaker showed off a customized Hyundai Veloster that appeared in Marvel’s Ant-Man and The Wasp film, which went to theaters earlier this month.

Production of the Hyundai Kona Iron Man Edition will commence this December. Pricing was not provided by Hyundai.
