The weekend is over, but that doesn’t mean it’s time to get to work. Take a look at the cars we’re testing this week, and try to convince us that the weekend is really finished.

2015 Subaru XV Crosstrek, Mike Schlee, Road Test Editor:

“This week I’m taking a Subaru XV Crosstrek where Subaru hopes most of its owners go – camping. Best of all, the XV Crosstrek comes with its own attachable tent. Is it easy to set up? Does it work well? Will a videographer and I survive a night in the wilderness?”

2015 Dodge Challenger 392 Scat Pack vs Ford Mustang GT:

“Also this week is a battle of two different takes on the classic American muscle car. First up is the flashy, loud and proud Dodge Challenger 392 Scat Pack. Going up against it is the all new Ford Mustang GT featuring the track pack. Which is the more satisfying American icon to own?”

2016 smart fortwo, Craig Cole, Associate Editor:

“For me, this week is all about travel as I’m heading out to on two separate occasions; I’ll be out and about four of the five working days. How cool is that? On Monday and Tuesday I’ll be evaluating the all-new smart car out in Portland, Oregon. Hopefully Daimler has improved this rather miserable little runabout and I suspect they have. After that I head home and then immediately ship out to Vermont where I’ll be testing some new Michelin off-road tires. This should be a cool event.”
