Take a Ride in a Jaguar F-Type SVR at the World Famous Nurburgring
Jaguar is offering an opportunity to take a ride in the F-Type SVR on the world famous Nurburgring.
Those interested can book their place for a lap in the Jaguar F-Type SVR, the fastest volume production vehicle the British automaker has ever created. Sporting a supercharged 5.0-liter V8 engine with 575 horsepower and 516 pound-feet of torque, there’s very few places in this world better than the Nurburgring to enjoy this sports car. Unfortunately you won’t get to sit in the driver’s seat around the 12.94-mile Nordschleife circuit, but a ride-along is still a tempting experience.
Each passenger is outfitted with a race suit and helmet plus HANS system to ensure maximum safety while on the track. Jaguar will also capture the experience with on-board cameras mounted inside the F-Type SVR so that passengers can relive the experience afterwards.

The F-Type SVR offering the rides isn’t just your run-of-the-mill production unit either. The company has equipped it with a roll cage, Recaro Racing seats, race harnesses and a bespoke livery laid on a bright Firesand Orange metallic paint job.
Passenger laps are available for 16 consecutive weekends from now until the end of October and the price for a 30-minute ride is 295 euros ($335). All applicants must be 18 years or older.
