Kia will have a Super Bowl ad for the eighth year in a row.

A spokesman for the Korean automaker confirmed Kia will have a presence during Super Bowl LI, which will be played in Houston, Texas. It is the first automaker to confirm a Super Bowl ad buy, but it won’t be the last. Another automaker that has announced its Super Bowl plans is Toyota, which has confirmed it will pull out of Super Bowl LI after appearing in five straight games.

Last year, Kia turned to actor Christopher Walken to show off its new Optima. Previous Kia Super Bowl commercials have enlisted the help of other actors like Pierce Brosnan and Laurence Fishburne.

Automakers that advertised in this past year’s Super Bowl include Acura, Buick, Honda, Hyundai, Jeep and MINI. Expect to hear a few more confirming their plans later this year.
