Schumacher Allegedly Sued for Motorcycle Accident

Despite currently fighting for his life, Michael Schumacher is allegedly being sued for an accident that occurred a few weeks before his skiing accident.

The report is stating that a Spanish biker claims the former F1 champion knocked the motorcyclist off his bike after failing to give way at a roundabout in Bormujos near Seville, Spain. The rider, who remains unnamed, is seeking compensation for a broken wrist he suffered along with damage to his watch, clothes and his motorcycle in the accident.

According to the complaint, Schumacher has been named along with the rental agency that owns the Audi A4 he was driving and its insurers. Schumacher has been in a medically-induced coma since suffering a head injury while skiing in the French Alps on December 29 last year. The accident occurred on November 17, according to the report.
