Poll: Lincoln Continental or Volvo S90?
Looking for a luxurious sedan experience? The Lincoln Continental and Volvo should both deliver what you seek.
The 2017 Conti represents a dramatic shift for Ford’s premium brand. It shows they’re finally starting to turn away from alphanumeric names like MKS and MKX. Of course, Continental is a classic Lincoln nameplate and one we’re glad to see make a comeback. For the new model year, it features the brand’s latest styling, a high-end cabin and a twin-turbocharged V6 engine with 400 horsepower and just as much torque.
Volvo has taken a different approach with its new S90. This high-end sedan features a 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine that’s both turbo- and supercharged. This arrangement improves low-end response and top-end power. It will deliver 316 horses and 295 lb-ft of twist. An eight-speed automatic will rout power to all four wheels.

Sharp looking Volvo, but really sharp lookin Lincoln. Aprox 75 more ponies and over 100 more Lb Ft of torque makes that a no brainer for me, Lincoln Continental all day... Wish they stuffed a V8 in it but Ford is hell bent on putting a turbo 6 in everything these days (even trucks! Ugh disgusting) so not surprised. I'm not a Ford guy but I'd rock that new Continental for sure over the Volvo. The Volvo to me from the above pic looks identical to a 750 BMW which isn't a bad thing but not as good lookin as that giant Ford.
