Infiniti Q50 Teased Before Detroit Auto Show Debut

Infiniti is bringing the next iteration of its Q50, formerly known as the G, to the 2013 Detroit Auto Show, and to give us a hint as to what the car will look like, the brand dropped a teaser video online today showing off the headlight design.

The new Q50 is expected to be influenced by the Emerg_e concept car in sedan form, with the coupe and convertible variants to follow later in 2013. Size wise the Q50 will be growing slightly, though fuel economy is said to be improved.

An updated VQ V6 engine is still expected under the hood, though a Mercedes-sourced four-cylinder diesel is expected to be available in worldwide markets.

Infiniti released the teaser as a thank you for achieving one million facebook fans.
