The Lexus RX crossover is based on the Toyota Highlander, but unlike the lower cost vehicle, it only has two rows of seating — something that might change with the 2014 model.

Lexus  debuted the new flagship LS yesterday and the Japanese automaker has released a video detailing the significant milestones that went into the various LS models and the story behind the original car.

Even though a full gallery of the 2013 Lexus LS 460 leaked onto the Internet before its official unveiling, Lexus still had a few surprises hidden away for its ‘Lexus Laws of Attraction’ event out in San Francisco, California.

Toyota was mostly cleared of wrongdoing in the unintended acceleration case thanks to a verdict from NHTSA. An Iowa senator however,  recently asked for the investigation to be reopened, but NHTSA is standing by the verdict.

No real surprises here, as we caught the initial leak of photos of the 2013 Lexus LS460 a few days ago, while the Japanese automaker confirmed it with one official one a day later. Now ahead of its official debut on July 30th, the Internet has gotten hold of a full gallery of the 2013 LS460 and its F-Sport model variant.

Earlier, spy photos caught what appeared to be a  Lexus IS-F Convertible being tested at the ‘Ring, but it is now being reported that the vehicle was a test mule for the next-generation IS model.

As though there was any doubt that leaked photos of the updated Lexus LS were genuine, the Toyota luxury division has released the first official image of the car today.
